...three years and that has made a huge difference. It's not easy to replace them. Next year we will be one year older and Arch will be more experienced which bodes well. Our young secondary will be more aware of how to defend the myriad of badass tight ends and receivers in the SEC. Hopefully, we won't give up ten yard cushions! Our offensive line should be more stable too. This latest ass kicking should serve as a great learning experience. I keep the faith. Hook'em!

Holy cow, this weekend was great for Texas football and men's basketball not so much for women's basketball. Now we need a couple of IOL studs, a big linebacker who can run along with a versatile DB who can play man coverage. By my count we have lost 24 to the portal/draft and have brought in 16, I think. So, we have more work to do. The men's basketball win over Alabama was pretty big so let's give some recognition to Sean Millers team. Hated to watch the women's basketball team lose to Kim Mulkey team but we will get them back when they come to Austin.

Projected lineup: QB - Arch Manning RB - Hollywood Smothers RB - Raleek Brown WR - Cam Coleman WR - Ryan Wingo WR - Emmett Mosley V TE - Townsend/Masunas *** Texas added Oregon State OG Dylan Sikowski to come in and compete for one of the guard spots and remain in the hunt for Yale RT Mikey Bennett. If Texas can piece together the offense line, there’s no reason to think this can’t be the best offense in the SEC based solely off of the personnel.

I did a search for his name on the board and haven't found anything. He is the #43 ranked prospect in the portal by ESPN and a 2 year starter at Wisconsin. One writer did assume that Texas might target him but I don't remember seeing his name. Anyone know if Texas is pursuing him?

hey Bobby, Gerry and CJ. have we had any other visitors, other than the harvard kid this weekend? who do/would you like to see us go after next in OL. Arch has the weapons and defense should be solid, but IOL is still not ready for Ohio St and the SEC grind. It would just be nice to see our rbs get behind some push in the oline

This is for D.K. Moore... who sits at home having experienced getting his 🍑 kicked in 2 consecutive semifinal games. Also for spurning an opportunity to be the slot receiver in an offense that now features a Cam Coleman and a Ryan Wingo on the outside!!! Now Bishop, Mosely and Lockett will all eat... while Dante Moore tries to regain his confidence and Oregon has nothing but freshman to fill major spots. They lost because they were too young.. and there's no end in sight.. plus they got in the portal late because of their run! This is an epic Sunday in 🤘🏿 history!! Grass isn't always greener!
