Easton Royal & TE Brock Williams on campus today Easton Royal, and possibly a handful of offensive 2027’s are making UOV’s today. Obviously, weather will greatly impact this. As far as defensive prospects, Texas is working to get a few on campus next weekend. The next recruiting dead period begins Monday, February 2. It goes through March 1.

The NCAA unearthed another revenue stream Friday when Division I leaders approved patches for uniforms in a move that could generate millions to fund athletic departments that are looking for new ways to pay players. Beginning Aug. 1, Division I teams can place up to two patches of no more than 4 square inches on uniforms for regular-season games. Those are in addition to the logos already allowed for the uniform manufacturers. Former Longhorn Eliot Spizzirri just beat the 28 seed player and one of the most hyped youngsters (Joao Fonseca) to advance in the first round of the AO 🤘. In his post-match he mentioned that he channeled lessons from Texas vs OU and other college matches in tuning out a very animated and well-travelled Brazilian crowd. Texas quarterback Arch Manning, "underwent minor foot surgery this week as a preventative measure to address a previous injury," the Longhorns announced on Friday. Manning is one of six Texas players who underwent postseason surgery, and while "he will be limited during offseason workouts," school officials said that Manning "is expected back during spring football." There’s no sure-thing interior OL left in the portal, but that doesn’t mean Texas is out of options. The portal is still full of linemen without homes, and if you’re smart, you’re digging through FCS and D2 tape for cheap guys with size and traits. Not every answer has to be a headline. Another year of the 12 team playoffs. This year, each conference champion is guaranteed an auto bids. The more baffling thing to me is Notre Dame is guaranteed an at large bid is they are in the top 12 in the final rankings. Somebody’s gonna get shafted this coming season for ND regardless.

FYI, here is some sound advice I sent to my clients to help protect their home from the upcoming possible freeze. I hope this is helpful. Prevent Your Pipes from Freezing Disconnect all gardening hoses and install covers on all outside faucets. Coach Vic just added a fifth recruit to the already #1 ranked class. Isi is a 6'2" banger who can rebound, shoot the outside shot, and will bring a toughness to the 4 or 5 position.
