I love you guys, and hopefully you take this as a couple of guys sitting at a bar having a sports debate, but… you guys knew lagway wasn’t going to play. You knew they were banged up on defense. Yet you still said 24-13 and 34-17 (or some such). Then you get on this morning say “eh, they did what they were supposed to do.” “Too many back foot throws”. Etc. Without 2 on the money drops by Moore, Quinn’s stat line is 400+ yards and 7TD’s in just over a half. I saw one back foot throw that wasn’t a swing pass which you could argue was a perfect back shoulder throw to Golden. Was just going over a few hypotheticals and there is a chance that after week 14 the SEC could have 6 teams standing at 10-2 if; Alabama (wins out) Georgia (wins out) Texas (loses to Texas A&M) Ole Miss (wins out) LSU (wins out) Tennessee (loses to Georgia then wins out) How would this workout for us in terms of the SEC title game and the playoffs. I believe if we lose to A&M we don't make the SEC championship game, but regardless, in this scenario the team that plays A&M in the sec title game will be 10-2 when entering the game. If that team comes out as 10-3 would this loss eliminate them from playoff contention? Was talkin…

He spent two years in junior college but is now claiming those years should not count against his college eligibility. No doubt he figures two more years of NIL would be better than getting a job. Crazy. An unexpected side effect of NIL. Any lawyers out there (Mark in Austin?), what do you think his chances of winning are? So what do y’all think? I’ve been a Cowboys fan since I was born. Watched them win it all in ‘92, ‘93, and ‘95. Also watched them do NOTHING for almost 30 years now. We all know Jerry is the problem. 1. BYU loses one of their final games (say @ ASU) 2. #2 Big12 team upsets BYU in the championship game (maybe Colorado?) 3. Army wins out (including win over ND) 4. Boise State wins out In this scenario, it’s conceivable that Army and BSU could rank higher in the CFP than the Big12 champs and the Big12 would lose their autobid. However, it be highly controversial and against media interests to exclude Colorado if they win out and win the Big12 championship. However, if the Big12 champ is someone other than Colorado (having won out) or one loss BYU, I could see it. I’m rooting for it!
