As someone mentioned in another thread, this was a regular occurrence early in Mack's tenure, but it was free. That was 25+ years ago and I know times have changed, but if you're worried about losing a game because there's video of your first two days of drills, your team has bigger issues. This is what's great about the Spring Game or whatever it is now - you provide access to a lot of fans that will never have that type of access to players or maybe ever even step into DKR. Hell, I'm in my 50s and I still think it's cool to have photo ops with Bevo. So, yeah, I wish we would take a more fan-forward approach to our Spring Game and our first two days of warm-ups in shorts.

yet, Ryan Day is doing it this week. Attending those practices up at Intramural Fields are some of my best memories of Texas Football.

When I lived on East Coast, I used "UT Austin" in professional settings.

As a late addition, I'm not sure Worthy was even on my radar in 2021. JT Sanders was the 5 star and was the most anticipated.

I see a lot of people bemoaning "government" while not knowing how government works. This bill is so far from becoming law, no way it passes the House with a mid-term election coming up in November.

Like @Rod Babers says, "Sark's an entertainer". I wouldn't be surprised if Muschamp's defense has a worse year statistically, but it will certainly be more entertaining. Also, having a DC that doesn't go on the road to recruit is a liability.

This is truly the craziest thing about Wingo - how does he spend a year on campus before someone realizes his vision isn't corrected? I've always wondered if correcting his vision wasn't more than just Lasik and maybe he was strabismic or something that required a procedure.

Andy Staples was talking about this on his podcast with Ari Wasserman on Friday (which may be why Livingstone posted the above). Staples said that Texas initially offered Livingstone "high six figures" for the upcoming season, but Texas cut that offer in half when they decided to pursue Coleman. According to Staples, OU just matched the original offer. Staples is tight with Jim Nagy, so take that for what it's worth. I don't really care one way or the other. If Texas cut his offer, that was essentially showing him the door.

@Jeff Howe, you obviously weren't in the stadium for the loss to KU. ...or maybe you were, but I definitely did not need to experience that game, much less in person on the 20 yd line of the southwest side of DKR where KU scored the OT 2pt conversion. Having said all that, beating KSU that next game was one of Sark's best moments. I was so pissed about another loss to KU that I still haven't actually watched that KSU game, I only listened on radio that day, doing November yard work.
