How much concern should there be with the string of misses on the interior D Line? At some point Texas is going to have to do a better job with HS recruiting at this position. They will not be able to live in the portal here forever. Texas needs a few Saturdays (good college player) and a Sunday ( NFL guy) or 2 to go along with Mr. January.

Update, Kaleb Edwards is now predicted to Bama by at least 8 sources as of yesterday. Kiotti Armstrong is committed to the Gomers. Townsend listed a top 4 of USC, Bama, Ags and Texas. Townsend could have his pick of teams but I get the feeling Townsend commits to TEXAS! 🤘🤘🏈 Hi Gerry🤞

Kinky Friedman passed away this morning at the age of 79 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. A University of Texas graduate, Friedman did it all and did it in a way only he could. He was an author, musician, songwriter, politician and much more. He was always super nice to me and would always have everyone around him laughing. RIP to a true one of a kind guy.

No disrespect to Bo Davis, I believe his Bus tirade was the turning point for Texas football, however he left the cupboard mostly bare so my question is.....How, with Texas vast resources are we competing with Bo for recruits seeing as he didn't do great recruiting while he was at UT, Development is another story altogether, but recruiting was not great.
