1. The team is not good on the road. The offense is clearly an issue, and that is likely exacerbated by a hostile road crowd. 2. The team may play up and down to competition. This is common of young teams We have had zero home games against like or better competition, which I believe might be where we see the team perform its best. The game where the team performed the best was a semi-home game against like or better competition (OU). If we get past MState, I like our chances against Vandy, Arkansas and TAMU at home. The obvious challenge will be UGA on the road.

At this point the coaches have to be parallel pathing a plan in case this is just not an in-season fix with Arch. IMO you keep working with him through this weekend but at some point the team and the season goals are the priority. So what’s the contingency if he lays another egg this weekend or in Gainesville? Mine would be to work KJ into the gameplan starting this weekend. Give him a few series in the 2nd and the 4th. See how he does under the lights. Then spend the entire two weeks prior to Florida giving them something extra to game plan for, and maybe continue to use Lacey as a change of pace to come in for Arch. Texas beats SMU in “closed door” scrimmage No score to update as of yet. Texas had five players in double figures. Guards and wings played really well. Texas sat out both Matas and Lassina (minor), and still won. SMU’s entire guard rotation played, as well as top big. SMU was 24-10 last year. “Lots of good. Some bad. But good overall”

just flat out pisses me off. Sark has done a terrible job with the offense, obviously. But more concerning is his trust. He has not, in my opinion been upfront with the fanbase regarding the teams ability. Why? What's not in question is the OL play. OL recruiting, development, and playing time has failed with a solid F. Why are all the new guys so pathetic. and why were they not inserted over the last several seasons as compared to the strategy that all positions are manned by players with no experience.
