'We weren't physical enough': Trevor Goosby on the offensive line's role in reviving the Texas running game
Man I like Goosby. Great kid, great player. He’s going to be a high draft pick and play for a long time.

Colin Simmons: 'My individual goals are the team goals'
It’s funny our players go to the media day and just make a very good showing. Well spoken, thoughtful answers. LSU players starts in about how players don’t make enough money and they need more NIL money yada yada. We aren’t the same.

Steve Sarkisian, Pete Golding continue to keep things cordial in public | Thursday, 11:03 a.m.
That’s a lower than low blow for someone to use alcoholism to try to win a recruit. I’m not a choir boy, but I wouldn’t do that to my worst enemy

Note on Ian Geffrard
I saw him last year in an early game I was watching of Arkansas and that is the guy I said most about. Really not all because of his size but more how immovable he was. I asked my buddy who is that #95 i believe was his number. He is a HUGE (pun intended) problem in the middle.

Ethan Mendoza Returns | Monday 8:00 PM
Could be. I would have thought injuries would be covered by the university. He imo has lost quite a bit of time. Idk i assume he’ll miss the fall and maybe some of the spring. Hopefully he can get healthy. I like his swing and opposite field power

Ethan Mendoza Returns | Monday 8:00 PM
I wonder why he didn’t have shoulder surgery right after the season if that is what was needed? Or whatever surgery he needed. I know he was watching the draft but if he had to have surgery the MLB teams had the information on that.

Texas basketball 2026-27 season thread
I’m fairly old. Not like about to die old, but old enough I’ve seen just about every high and low being a Texas fan has to offer and I’m going to say with confidence that I’ve never seen Texas basketball as stacked with talent from top to bottom as they’re right now. Man it’s hard to fathom what Sean Miller has been able to do in a short period of time. His only problem now is figuring out how to get everyone on the court and maximize all this talent. I’ve not had alot of happy days watching Texas basketball but that’s about to change. Moody needs to be packed out and let’s get behind this seemly runaway train.

Chendall Weaver suing for additional year
These courts do some crazy things nowadays. Find the right judge and it might work. The most powerful in order: 1. God 2. Federal Judges

Yeah I fully think you are spot on on this. In the states where they’re the only big team in the state everybody roots for them. Arkansas is another and Oklahoma. You can count on one hand the amount of people in those states that grew up there that doesn’t root for their team. It’s almost to a cult like following. In Texas there is a dozen teams that draw a fan base. It’s just different than these small states where their team is all they have.

I’m not mad at the kid and appreciate what he tried to do here, but we need to get better in certain areas and this is one of them. I wish him well

It hurts us in the long run though because we need better than Pendergrass and Larson. We weren’t good enough when it counted
