Who gets the carries against OH ST? Weisner for sure, Baxter ?, Gibson ? or a portal back? Doubt any true freshman gets a snap.

  4. Georgia WR Anthony Evans will stay in the SEC. After entering the portal earlier in the offseason, Evans became someone to monitor for the Longhorns as he checked off the boxes for speed and special teams ability. However, the speedster from Judson, Texas, will be headed to Starkville to join Jeff Lebby's offense for 2025.

Any word on what kind of impact Amari can make next year? Or, if he's in the plans for 2025? A big TE that can stretch the field may be better use for Arch. I get blocking may be suspect, but I haven't heard anyone really discuss him as being someone that could step up in some capacity.

  14. Jaydon Blue Hayden Connor Kelvin Banks

  15. Former USC offensive lineman Emmanuel Pregnon has made his decision. Pregnon is staying in the B1G and on the west coast after committing to Oregon. The Longhorns hosted Pregnon for a visit over the weekend, though the Ducks come away with the recruiting victory and their third portal offensive lineman of the offseason so far. There are a number of ways to look at this, including the possible return of DJ Campbell as reasons for why this recruitment went a different direction. We will see how it shakes out for Texas.

Just a few things to get off my chest this morning to let it out and *hopefully* be ready to move on to what’s next. 1. Thank you, Quinn. - 3 was a big reason why we were even in the final four the last two years. He’s a big reason for the winning seasons and us being in the final four the last two seasons. Was he perfect? No. But, what QB or player, for that matter, is? I feel like some fans forget the last decade plus of football purgatory (or hell) we were in before him. Did he limit this team? Sure, maybe he did. But, he helped bring Texas back to the national stage. 2. Sark has to get better in the RZ. - I’ve already posted about this last night on CJ’…

I was giving blood when I first saw Quinn's commitment. I couldn't believe it, both of the only 1.0 ranked recruits in history were both gonna be longhorns! When he decomitted i was bummed, and I knew it was thankfully the end of the Herman era. I watched his tape and while Texas fans trashed the kid because he went to OSU I knew he was special. MM did well in the elite 11 but it was clear 3 was a massive talent. When he portaled i was so happy and thought he would be a savior year 1. Things aren't that easy but overall Quinn has been awesome. Not without flaws but awesome! Quinn brought this program back! Texas fell short but its been a hell of a run. Hook…

  20. What an incredible year for the UT roster, staff, and fans—thanks in no small part to OTF. Do I wish it had ended differently? Absolutely. But Maximus’s iconic line from Gladiator, "Are you not entertained?", resonates deeply with me. Onward...
