Does anyone think that if Georgia beats Alabama, they bump Texas in the number one spot? I think that if Georgia wins decisively, it's a real possibility. All we can do is take care of business tomorrow. The greater the point difference, the better.

The first steps are being taken for the Longhorns’ need indoor multi-purpose facility on campus, just south of Moncrief and DKR. Construction and demolition works have begun cutting trees and marking the building of the School of Social Work for demolition set to begin in November. Of course the Texas indoor facility is at the Frank Denius Fields and is severely outdated. Here is a look at the rendering for the new indoor facility. I drove by campus this morning for a Quick Look.

Chace Sims, DL, Richmond (Texas) Randle - Texas A&M commit This weekends scheduled official visit by OnTexasFootball 4-star DL Chace Sims (Richmond, Texas/Randle) is likely to be pushed back. When that visit could happen, we do not know. Sims' good friend and long time teammate is having surgery Friday from injury sustained recently this season, and the Randle team is going to have an event for him Saturday. Texas will be featured on ESPN's College Game Day 3 maybe 4 times this season, if I'm right. They've already been on when we played Michigan, ESPN has already verified they will be at OU and they'll probably be there for A&M. Maybe Georgia too?! I had a flashback during the ULM game when We noticed Blue carrying the ball a lot more than usual. It reminded us of 2022–a very young and Green QB with happy feet named Ewers who was calmed down by Sark by giving a lot of the snaps to a Star RB by the name of Bijon Robinson. Nearly brought tears (sentimental happy tears) to my eyes.

I'd like to get thoughts on the Texas football schedule. I see a lot of people claiming that Texas has an easy schedule, full of cupcakes. They go further to say that the schedule will hurt Texas down the road. My thoughts are that; a. The SEC makes the schedules and b. Strength of schedule isn't as important as it once was because of the new playoff system. Will our schedule hurt us?
