Another website, whose name shall not be mentioned, has reported that Lacey has overtaken Owens as backup QB. Now the staff wants to preserve Lacey’s redshirt and give him some playing time this year but not burn his redshirt. The transfer QB was brought in to a more viable option than Owens in case of injury. According to the mod who made that comment the problem is Owens’ lack of commitment to his craft and that it is hoped that the transfer will push Owens to work harder. My question is, have any of OTF’s mods heard the same info?

Talks apparently in the early stages but the preliminary number tossed around is $5 million extra per team or $80 million total on top of the current $811 million media rights deal. I'm guessing it will go a little higher though. Personally I'd like to see it, especially with the expanded CFP format. This also paves the way to establish up to 3 annual 'rivalry' games and still play each of the other 12 teams every other year. What do you guys think? 2026 University Lab (La.) OT/DL Lamar Brown teased a trip to Austin Thursday evening on Twitter. Brown is considered a consensus five-star prospect and the No. 1 player in the state of Louisiana. I mention both lines of scrimmage above because early on in Brown's recruitment, there was a mix of both sides early on in his recruitment. I would expect him to be an offensive lineman on the interior at the next level.
