Sark on play-calling, Muschamp on havoc and other need-to-know notes from the THSCA Convention
Just 2? i am on my 5th now.....The American Heart Association put out a scientific statement saying that up to 5 cups of black coffee a day is generally safe for most adults and may even come with heart‑health benefits. https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/CIR.0000000000001454

45 Days Until Kickoff: Who Was The Best No. 45?
Reed Boyd for me. Just one of those old‑school, lunch‑pail linebackers who always seemed to show up when Texas needed a stop. Led the team in tackles, played multiple spots, and brought that early‑Mack‑era toughness every week. Easy guy to root for.

Note on Ian Geffrard
Ian Geffrard is exactly what our defense needed. He is our new gravitational field 😀 Arkansas asked him to play way too many snaps because they didn’t have anyone else who could anchor the middle like that, and he still held up. At 365‑370, he’s going to be even more effective here. He’s still going to eat double‑teams for breakfast… and apparently sometimes for lunch, based on the weight updates. Rotation will sort itself out, but the bottom line is simple: he’s a true space‑eater who makes everyone around him better. Really good pickup, and he’s going to matter a lot this season. Big dude, big impact, big upgrade.

Another Mike Bratton Stinker
Bratton’s a clown -- loud, wrong, and desperate, the kind of guy who proves every day that being confidently stupid is still a career path. And anyone who actually watches his podcast is just volunteering to lose IQ points.

New World Record in Mile Run
Josh Kerr didn’t just break the mile record --- he broke this entire board’s self‑esteem. Half of y’all watched that video and immediately needed to sit down, hydrate, and reconsider every PE class you ever took. Watching this twice, big shout out to the pacesetters...They were hilarious - they basically sprint 800m, see Kerr gaining like a horror‑movie villain, and immediately exit the track like ‘nope, my shift’s over.' Fantastic watch - thks for posting.

Before y’all start hyperventilating over Royal’s latest IG troll stunt, go watch a couple of the 2026 simulation games. They’re hilarious, they’ll distract you, and they’re a better use of time than trying to decode whatever mood Royal woke up in today.

Latest Monshun Sales update on decision day | Friday 9 a.m.
Love Hank, but dropping the “IU has momentum” update 90 minutes before the kid goes on McAfee feels like announcing the ending of a movie during the previews. We get it -- info is info ...but sometimes OTF forgets that not every recruit update needs a breaking‑news siren. Let the kid have his hat show. Boo this. Loudly.....agree with you @HornyHorn

Parking at games
Ha, understand....another option then>>> Where are your seats at? That actually matters for parking way more than people think. Mine are on the east side, so I park on the east side and shuttle straight into Gate 14 -- cheap, safe, and you’re basically dropped right at the stadium. Don't quote me on this, but Costs like $10–$20 depending on the game. Call Cap-Metro Call CapMetro Customer Service at 512‑474‑1200 and ask for the Texas Football Game Day Shuttle schedule. They’ll tell you the exact frequency for the specific game. and what lots to park in like 70, 80, and 84. These are the bigger lots east of 35...again, call cap metro to confirm. You park in one of those shuttle lots, walk maybe 2–3 minutes to the shuttle pickup, and the shuttle drops you right on the east side near Gate 14. Short walk, cheap parking, and the buses run every few minutes both before and after the game. i used to do the old Guadalupe/51st shuttle but this doesn’t run anymore --- CapMetro consolidated everything into the East Campus route. If your seats are on the north side, the closest option is Manor Garage, but the exit is rough. No shuttle drops on the north side - you’d still enter on the east and walk inside the stadium. If your seats are on the west side, Trinity Garage is the closest, but again, no shuttle drops over there. You’d still use the East Campus shuttle and walk inside the stadium to the west concourse. If you want the “park close and barely walk” experience without paying donor prices, the shuttle is the move no matter where your seats are.

How changing AJ Milwee's assignment on game day helped the Texas offense get untracked
Milwee upstairs was a legit turning point. Sark gets the sideline feel, Milwee gives him the clean overhead picture, and suddenly the offense stopped tripping over itself. For this staff and this QB, that setup just works.....thanks for posting Jeff.

54 Days Until Kickoff: Who's your favorite No. 54?
Babb the obvious #1.....my second pick would probably be Robin Sendlein - (1977) The best defensive player to wear #54. All-SWC linebacker Team captain NFL draft pick
