There are 4 ligaments in the knee, ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL. do we know his real injury? patella tendon or hamstrings affected? I dont know his injury but as a DPT i hope it not more than 1. ACL and MCL go together often but it not necessary that if you tear one you tear the other. If its more than 1 ligament tear, estimated is 10-13 months till full recovery and that is with the surgery going well and rehab going well. He might be ready for Ohio St but to assume that even in mid summer is a bad assumption/guess. Texas will have to add a RB and that could make things tricky for any of the non freshman returning RBs.

Bishop is a really good ATH and can play college WR well but he is a better CB. I think 2025 slightly (depending on who you replace Bishop with, i think you can do 2026), but its pretty close.
