Texas hosting 5-star Trenton Henderson (Pensacola, Fla./Catholic) and 4-star++ Richard Wesley (Chatsworth, Calif./Sierra Canyon) this weekend. 

Texas hosted 4-star++ Jake Kreul (Orlando, Fla./IMG Academy) last weekend. 

Hell, throw the sink at Henderson, Griffin, and Carlton.

Texas is trying on Henderson and Wesley for sure at EDGE. 

Xavier Griffin is a 6-3.5, 202-pound LB that can rush off the edge.

He wasn't one of them, but that's true not all silent will end up going public for a staff. 

When all of the prospects you are recruiting in a cycle are top-100 players in the country, each loss feels significant. This one fits the bill.

But the big board at EDGE room remains healthy and the Longhorns are in it for a number of elite guys.

Our summer recruiting seems more down that last year. I trust them to pick it up but damn were getting out right beat in some of these head to head recruiting battles.

Hard time seeing Wesley as a legit target… I don’t see that we would have as much of a chance, pulling a West Coast guy away from Oregon and their money machine, Phil Knight, this go around.  Henderson could get interesting…. 🤘🏼

Summer recrutiing just basically means you overpay come later in year....  It has really become unimportant.

Yeah Oregon lost #1 CB today to aggy, they have some extra money laying around now...

I love crooting, but im ready for the season to begin. When it's all said and done we'll have a top 5 class.

Unless money is changing hands now, and would have to be repaid to flip. I think that's what may be different for Texas this year. Coming in late may not work as well.

i mean since it is illegal, how can they make someone pay it back?  Reminds me of Dickerson driving the car aggy boosters bought him to SMU.  lol

Texas will pay up for somebody. It will just depend on who it is.

Ojo is one. I wonder if Trenton Henderson could be that guy? He would pair well with Carlton.
