It was a way better season than anyone could imagine. Haven’t played much good baseball since the Arkansas series. Good year for Schloss first year but we need to get way better to contend in Omaha. They’ve recruited good and with the portal, we’re not that far off.

The "system school" thing, I don't agree with. UTSA is a good baseball team. I said this earlier today, but you don't fluke your way to a 40-win regular season.

The schedule argument is fair if you're talking about the team's ceiling being lower than the resume suggested, especially after Spencer got hurt. But Texas shouldn't apologize or feel bad for winning 22 conference games. There won't be an asterisk next to Texas winning the SEC in 2025.

Borba, Mendoza, A-Rod, Schuess and Williams have the right mentality for high leverage baseball, the rest of the team is mentally weak for the most part.
