This is pretty awesome to see for the Lifetime Longhorn. 

Johnson spent time with the Jaguars, Giants and Bears, catching two career touchdowns. An Achilles injury changed the trajectory of his career, but it looks like Johnson is going to be just fine in life after football.

Good for him. MIT is a pretty good school, not McCombs but good lol 😝 

Injuries derailed his career, but when healthy the guy was pretty darn solid

Was at the game vs USC in the Coliseum of him going off. Tough loss but a great game.

That will be a great graduate degree for him.  Sorry it did not work well in the NFL but he was a very good receiver for UT.

Not to quibble, but 4 years in the NFL is a pretty good career and that salary is more than the average person makes in a lifetime.

He'll be set up very well post Sloan. Amazing job by him getting admitted.

4 years in the NFL is definitely better pay-wise than the average person, but I was referring to playing on the field.  His last two years out of 4 in the NFL he had 3 catches and only had 2 TDs for his career.  Being a long term backup QB in the NFL may be one of the best jobs there is because they make a lot of money, come out with fewer injuries than starters, but probably would have preferred to be a starter.
