Larson has been pretty solid at 1st base considering he’s never played there before. Maybe his bat will heat up as well.

Probably too late in the year to experiment but I wouldn’t mind letting Cozart get a conference start this week. I’d rather see Harrison move to long relief to come in after a righty starter. Burns is throwing better as far as strikes go, Crossland and Lefew have the stuff but haven’t necessarily been uber consistent. Ruger should stay where he is, he’s not been as good as he was early but I still like his stuff over Harrison’s.

Tennessee is playing some of their best baseball of the season, they are in a must win series, they beat our best pitcher last night on a sloppy night of baseball. We beat a really good MSU team last weekend and have won all our series but one this year.

Harrison can usually adjust. Let’s keep the ball down and battle. They are going to hit the mistakes but maybe we will too.
