Marshall Manning debut
After watching some of the highlights from that game, DGG looks as advertised.

Almost guarantee they will be taking so throw it fat and see what they can do with it.

I agree. Especially with a tendency to give up a home run.

Austin Super Regional: Texas vs. Oregon | Game 2: Texas wins, 6-5, advances to CWS
Latest I have stayed up watching a baseball game since last night.

Doom and gloom would be saying we are beat, we have given up, I’m turning it off. I’m making a valid observation of a team I have seen every pitch from all year. There’s more nuance to baseball than bouncing balls. Taking our foot off the gas isn’t what you are implying that I said.

Have you seen A-Rod make those kind of sloppy plays on defense all year? I can’t think of any. Have you seen Temo in the past 10 games, not take the bat off his shoulder? Borba swinging for the fences, batters looking for a walk over a hit. Explain your point?

We really checked out once we got a lead. Nonchalant at bats and fielding. This team will beat us going away if we don’t wake up.

This Oregon reliever reminds me a lot of the Tennessee pitcher that gave us the works. Wild enough to keep you guessing with a funky windup and good stuff. Need to get him off the bump.

We need to take the momentum back prior to getting into our bullpen.

Could have throw 3 right down the middle to that kid. Wasn’t catching up.

Temo, Doza and Borba are all at their best when they are shortened up. Temo looks long tonight.

That was disappointing.

Boy could we use a Temo oppo gap shot right about now.

Austin Super Regional: Texas vs. Oregon | Game 2: Texas wins, 6-5, advances to CWS
We let our foot off the gas. Let them back in it and letting their pitcher find his feel. Gota go back to attacking.

A-Rod needs to focus. That’s two plays on him.

Austin Super Regional: Texas vs. Oregon | Game 2: Texas wins, 6-5, advances to CWS
This game is going to be a dog fight. Won’t be like last night. We are going to have to get the bats off our shoulder and beat them or they will beat us. Ruger won’t make it past 5 innings most likely.

He had 2 doubles last night.

This is what I meant. I don’t like giving a ball as a strike then changing the zone on the team that’s up.

Yeah I don’t like the sympathy strike calls when a pitcher is struggling. As long as they will give them both ways it’s not as frustrating.
