Team seems flat.

In other news it looks like there are about 60 people at the OU A&M game.

Same guy who said we would struggle in year 1 in the SEC and had to come back on and eat crow. He’s a delusional SEC homer who doesn’t give us respect like half of the rest of the collections of podcasts.

I think the best term to use is bush league. Celebrate with your team. Kinda reminded me of Tom Herman tbh.

Little chirping and celebrating is cool. Mocking celebrations and whole team coming out of the dug out to throw up signs and stare down the dugout, I think renders Karma. To each their own.

Their players were obnoxious last night as well. Would have loved to have seen that one get to a run rule. I hope DV comes out and has his best appearance thus far tomorrow.

The longer we wait on the bullpen, the better imo. Should have rode Ruger another few outs last night and same with Lefew.

Especially if we blow the lead more often than he’s able to throw a CG.

I still have confidence in our team. We have to figure out who can come in and throw strikes down the stretch. I think Lefew needs to be moved to closer and let someone else be the middle relief. He’s the only one who comes in and shuts it down.

We have beat ourselves tonight. Had plenty of chances to win and our pitching let us down. Lots of baseball left, I hope our relief pitching improves. This team has fight but we shouldn’t be fighting ourselves.

That’s fair. He had a good year last year. Hasn’t done a lot this year vs our better comp.

I don’t like taking a pitch when you are in a slump. If it’s fat over the plate, swing. Taking a pitch is for people who are looking for a certain pitch. Tinney is in a slump, I think he can be good but he’s predictable for me and I am on a high school level of baseball experience.

You can tell A-Rod is in pain. He has winced with every swing tonight. Feel bad for him.

I hate the lefty on lefty bs. It’s not that strong of an option when facing dominant hitting especially when the lefty pitcher isn’t dominant.

We will not be a good team in conference if we have trouble throwing strikes down the stretch. Our bullpen has done this all year so far but we have gotten away with it bc the teams we were playing didn’t have power up and down the order. Shouldn’t have pulled Lefew and need to let Ruger work deeper in the game. Burns can’t throw strikes and shouldn’t be our go to setup guy or closer in conference.

Can’t walk guys against this level of competition. Knew it was going to bite us.

Bases loaded, no outs for Ole Miss Top 9. Burns walks 3 straight. Hits 2. I have mentioned before, I don’t like how our relievers can’t come in and throw strikes. Especially with a 4 run lead.

This ump has been about as inconsistent as I have seen this year.

Whoever can get the starter off the mound first tonight has the best chance to win. Umpire is calling it wide.

Home team always gets to bat the bottom half of an inning where run rule is in effect.

Bottom half of our order is so dang good.

The top half of our order is good but I think our back half is a different level than most teams. I know it’s early and baseball is a weird game but having the offensive depth we have shown is night and day above last year.
