How would Coach Gruden do at the college level with recruiting and NIL? We know he can coach. Assuming Coach Gruden takes a job where NIL is not an issue. Can he recruit? A few current coaches who's seat is getting warmer by the day; Napier, BV, Kelly, Pittman... For me, somewhat of a scary thought if Gruden were to end up at Florida, LSU, or even an OK if they can get it together. Curious what you all think? Great show this morning! Mr. Will Matthews had some incredible words regarding the team and Arch buying in to his process "I'm gonna sit in this oven and cook." Speaking from his own experiences (winning a natty). He went on to say he thinks Arch is "going to cause the other players to gel in a way that they've never seen before." You couldn't ask for a better source if you're wanting to know the heartbeat of the team/locker room. Gave me a bit of the chills listening to Will Matthews this morning!!! STOKED FOR THIS SEASON!!!! I’ve witnessed 2-3 recruits throw a Longhorn hat on the ground during live commitments. OUR STAFF AND PLAYERS use all available resources to give these recruits a great experience on their OV’s and in constant communication for months building these relationships treating them as major priorities. I haven’t seen or heard of this happening elsewhere, although I’m sure it does. I know there’s not a direct explanation. However, it’s hard to fathom, especially in-state recruits. I guess I’m not understanding where the behavior is coming from, especially a K Finley. Regardless of his statement he put out to all the schools after the fact. PRAYERS TO ALL TEXANS IN NEED RIGHT NOW. Hook’em

I get what you're saying, who wouldn't want those guys. I don't ever want to talk poorly of any kid and his/her character. But I do wonder if Moore and Fasusi would have made good culture fits at Texas. Character aside, watching Riley Pettijohn leave the State of Texas, especially to OSU really hurt. As GH would say, "if Riley maximizes his potential watch out"
