Yup. Williams will miss spring practice with baseball. Not penciling him in for lots of playing time this year which is why he isn’t in the known category. I could be wrong as he is a supremely talented player. As far as hicks I’m not holding my breath that a reclassified 2026 safety will get much playing time this year either.

Our new punter made a comment about mentoring kern on another site. That would be ideal. If kern doesn’t develop well next year he will be recruited over. But if he does we still have 3 years of eligibility left with him

Yeah that is a general sark rule. But he has made a rare exception. Was it Casey Cain that played the spring game to get more film out? Not saying it’s likely but if a guy like Aaron Bryant who went out the right way wanted to do this I could totally see sark making an exception.

Tough to lose so much athleticism in guellete and Bledsoe. Wish we could have tapped that potential here. Guellete needed more time from his injury certainly.

Generally agree with GoHorns1 on all points. Would figure flood isn’t taking an offensive lineman unless he is completely unimpressed by development at a position. Let’s take a look at OT. Goosby look a good at LT and Baker at RT currently. How do we feel about Agbo and Cojoe? Maybe they are on the right development track but hard to say since Agbo lost a ton of weight and the regained it and Cojoe started school younger than Ryan Williams. I don’t really see any of the 2025 guys as immediate rotation guys.
