Mississippi State Predictions

Featured Replies

I'd like to hear everyone's predictions and why you think what you do. I think it's 62-13 Texas. I think they'll score 13 on turnovers from the passing game due to our RB situation.

I said 42-3 in the live stream chat. However I’ve changed my mind since then.

I must have missed that on Coffee and Football this am.

The chat was moving kinda quickly this morning when I put that in there. Probably not hard to of missed it.

It was quick and I was slow!

Wow 62 is up there. Think it will end up being 49-6.

I really want to be cautiously optimistic about my prediction... but Toledo dropped 41 points and Florida 45 points on them in their own house the last two games.

55-13

I think our defense will force multiple turnovers that we cash in on.

Mississippi State is not a good team. I think we’ll see something like 50-10 with a score or two set up by an offensive miscue. Young QB’s are going to make mistakes. Glad that Arch can get some valuable lessons this season before he’s the guy next year.

The defense could get a shutout if the offense doesn’t turn it over.

I think the offense not turning it over is too tall an order with so many RB's injured.

We'll see if Tre Wisner plays this week.

I had the correct score last week but Texas got a safety instead of a field goal. Would of been a first for me predicting the right score lol

Yea no thanks. I’ll give up the touchdown over two safeties 😂 but I don’t think they find the end zone, unless it’s garbage time.

Agreed. They’ll likely end up playing both of their inexperienced QBs, and they’ll both be shell-shocked by Texas’ speed and physical play not to mention 100,000 fans screaming for blood. I wouldn’t be surprised if, after this game, Texas’ D will have scored more points on the season than they’ve given up.

Safeties ruining everything!

48-10, there seems to always be a broken/explosive play that bites us, this time yielding a TD I think. I think w some of our RB attrition plus playing Owens likely in most of Q4 running clock keeps our point total down.

Still a thumping, bigger than score shows, and a great SEC debut.
