Women's BB's biggest recruiting weekend ever?

Featured Replies

The story says the bidding starts at a million so we shall see. Didn't know our WBB had NIL like that . Agree on Nike , but expect Tech to up the bidding no doubt. My hunch is we can't afford her , but hope I am wrong .

I bet she goes to a Nike school

Texas is Nike

Texas Tech is not.

I think Tech is a British Knights school.

I have seen we are trending for her & with the way visits to Texas go, I would not bet against her ending up here.

What does this mean when it comes to basketball? I’ve seen it a lot when it comes to MBB recruiting and never understood what it truly means.

Go play for a doormat program like tech or a program that made elite 8 last year? I’m sure tech will prolly try to back up the brinks truck just for her to play with a bunch of JAGS around her.

It means that she can sign a Nike shoe deal if she chooses Texas. She won the MVP at the Kobe Bryant Camp and gets free Mamba's for a year already.

After Tech threw $1M at NiJaree Canady, who knows?  Of course, as Gerry alluded to with the shoe reference, apparently Adidas and their contact with Mahomes was a factor there.
