But I wanted to get an ongoing track of how successful the Texas offense is in personnel groupings, as well as a track of motion success in the pre-snap. Four-star running back Micah Rhodes tells OTF he'll be back at Texas on April 18 for the Orange-White game. This will mark his third visit to the Forty Acres this spring. Portal interior defensive lineman Jay Toia opted to return to UCLA late Monday evening. Toia was on campus with his family and younger brother over the weekend for the Texas spring game. Texas pushed for the talented interior defensive lineman, who was ranked as the 3rd best at his position per 247Sports. The decision for Toia to return is a blow. Chris Jackson is in the Peach State this afternoon where he extended an offer to an elite 2026 prospect. Texas is officially in the boat now for 2026 Kaiden Prothro, a 6-foot-6 WR/TE prospect with 26 offers now. Prothro is ranked a top-30 prospect in the country for the 2026 class at the moment. Now that the Senior Bowls have concluded, it is full steam ahead for the NFL Combine and the campus Pro Days. Texas once again has double digit players that are hopeful to hear their name announced in the upcoming NFL Draft and with the current count, I believe they will accomplish that feat. On Saturday afternoon the Longhorns extended an offer to Brenham 2027 running back Jakoby Dixon. This past season Dixon rushed for 1,181 yards and 14 touchdowns on 133 carries (8.88 YPC).
