when will we hear about Seymore's eligibility?

So do we need to lower our expectations for being able to attract elite transfer targets? It seems that other programs in our competitive league have a very proven method to lock in the big time transfers. So lower expectations?

Perhaps the most impressive part of his game is the ability to maintain a block! This guy is a legit TE with some incredible feet at the line of scrimmage in both route running and blocking sets. Very impressive! Lets grab him!
