Jonah Williams livestream Q&A
I'd add Umeozulu in that mix, too. There's tons of weapons for Muschamp to utilize. I want QB's terrified of playing our defensive front.

Jonah Williams livestream Q&A
I remember seeing J.Terry in flashes last year and he looked unblockable at times and being disruptive. If he's healthy this year and can be utilize more under Muschamp, I think he'll have a great year,

Jonah Williams livestream Q&A
Wesley and Atkinson are going to be great Longhorn players. Especially in Muschamp's scheme. Same with J.Terry, I'm super excited to see him get more playing time. They have so much good, young talent on the roster.

Depth Chart Snapshot: Where things stand as Texas prepares to open camp
Also, not t hat I think they could keep them all around but a duo of Cooper and Simon next with Terry as the 3rd back would be an interesting set up. I know Simon is buried on the depth chart and a possible portal candidate in the off-season, but I liked what I saw from him last year.

Depth Chart Snapshot: Where things stand as Texas prepares to open camp
I see some people have poor reading comprehension when it comes to the note about LG and why it's listed like that lol. Also, don't downplay guys like Chatman or Sikorski. They're not going to just hand Seymore the job. Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this but is Berkhalter out of eligibility after this year or because of 5 for 5 he'll have another year next year? If he can come back, with Lockett, McHutechon, Bishop, etc. Hell even Mosley if he doesn't have the year he wants. Sets a good floor for your WR room going into next year. Anyway, thanks again Jeff.

Friday Team notes: WR
I'm excited to see what a healthy Mosley looks like. From the get go. He was impressive when he eventually got to play. McHutcheon, Lockett and Bishop could be your guys next year. They will get snaps but you really don't want to take off your big 3 for too long. I do hope Berkhalter gets some run too.

Texas' Big 3 Off-Season: How would you grade them?
From my understanding, Baseball was more about retention and adding a few pieces through the portal. I'd say from what I've read from people who know more about it than I do, we knocked it out of the park in that regard. With some talented Fr heading to campus, too. Basketball absolutely killed it in the off-season. Listening and reading Gerry's takes on this has been amazing and has me excited for that season to start. Football filled all of it's needs and then some. Some great additions, good retention and hopefully this translates to the field.

Jersey decals in College Sports
That doesn't make sense, considering Ohio State is also a nike school. Unless it's something to do with the KD+Nike deal?

Look, if the game is shifting that way, you don't have a choice but to adapt to it. If you don't, you get left behind and become a Dabo Swinney. Whenever it does happen, I think CDC and the people involved in that decision making process will do right by Texas and find the best deal possible.

Jonathon Brooks Back in Pads
Hope he can stay healthy. Felt like he was our missing piece in 2023. If he can stay healthy, he'll be great in the NFL, imo.

Great he won bowl games, while the program was falling down around him.

Coffee and Football Special Guests Lineup
The difference is, Charlie Strong is likable and a good guy. Just not a good HC. Tom Herman is not likable, not a good guy or HC.

Reason For DC Switch?
I think of those two Ohio State games, the semi final one we held them to 21, hell 14 if Guilbeau didn't take a poor angle on the screen that went to the house before half. But even then, the D held them to 21 and gave the O a chance to win the game, which they then fumbled it away and gave up a TD. The following year with a lot of replacements, they hold them to 14 points and give the O the whole game to score any points for the win, they can't do anything until late in the game. I understand the arguments against PK, because I have my own gripes against him but for Sark's talk about complimentary football he sure struggles on his own side a lot lol.

I was being sarcastic, I always forget that doesn't come across well in text format lol.- Reason For DC Switch?
If he didn't want PK, why did he keep him around for so long? Nansen was a DC, he could've changed it up then. Don't get me wrong, I get where you're coming from with your opinion but it just seems like a weird situation. Definitely didn't feel like Sark and PK parted on good terms. But I don't think Flood deserves a pass because he's Sark's guy or whatever. If they underperform again, he's gotta go. Can't set a precedent with PK and keep Flood around (assuming his unit struggles again). You made some good points though - thank you.- Royal announcing 7/29, his birthday.
@Hornmatic@JMarquette You guys are right how stupid of me, the sky is falling, we suck, fire Sark, fire everybody we suck again.- Royal announcing 7/29, his birthday.
Or he could be closing it down and announcing that he's locked into Texas.- Reason For DC Switch?
I've made my opinion on the whole PK thing clear, so I won't rehash it. But in saying that, I am excited for Muschamp and to see what he can do. From all the talk I've heard about him and vaguely remember his last time here, it is exciting to hear the positives. But my question is, if PK can have one bad year and be fired, why does Flood get so much of a pass? His unit severely underperformed in 2025 and even in other seasons. Yet his job is secure? On top of that, what if the O still sees a lot of struggles in 2026? Who's to blame then? Who gets fired if that happens again? Anyway, I'm kind of over the off-season talk like a lot of you and want the season to start so we can see our Longhorns play. The schedule is going to be grueling but enjoyable to watch this year and I'm super excited for it. - Royal announcing 7/29, his birthday.
