Last update I got from them on Jul 29th is as follows, take it as you want: "We had to pause shipments. Our fulfillment partner misrouted a few boxes, so we’re tightening up internal procedures to prevent any further issues. The boxes are fully kitted, we’re just waiting on final visual confirmation to release them confidently. If there are no additional hiccups, we expect all outstanding orders to be cleared within the next 1-2 weeks."

I have emailed support a bunch they keep saying shipping soon and then giving excuses when they don't meet the deadlines.

If they aren't mentioning it there, likely won't be mentioned here either.
