Embarrassing series. Not real competitive getting struck out 19 times last night and giving up 14 runs today. Ruger has to throw tomorrow.

Awful decision

That seemed obvious but someone had to spell it out.

Averages 2 points a game. Dad gum the stench is real. I’m impressed they kept the recruiting class together.

I only used the dumb part because you can’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Of course he’s been great with two final fours. However, he’s sort of at a crossroads it seems. He’s gonna have to figure out why players won’t stay. The lack of portal movement seems like we can’t attract the ones we want. It isn’t lack of wanting people or trying. Credit the staff for keeping the class together. Hey I coach for living and get nuggets from time to time that I don’t always share. Look in our profession you either adapt or die. It’s just the way it is. If you think you have it down pat, you probably don’t. I hope Vic has wise council around him.

Agree and the line well it’s baseball is lazy. 11 runs to absolutely zero doesn’t make any sense. I mean if we got like 2-3 alright you can’t alway knock it all over the park. Ok that happens.You still can at least hit the ball. Getting absolutely nothing after knocking the cover off the ball is more than that.

Inexcusable to go from 11 runs to shut out by a staff that is not stellar by any stretch. I mean nobody expects to get 11 again…but shut out. Flush this crap and figure it out. You simply can’t fall off this bad.

Hard to say but I’m going to say probably not because winning usually cures all. The bottom line though is they didn’t win the natty, had a horrendous shooting night and lost some valuable assets to other programs.

Man this offseason has been a beating and a negative perception on the program. Vic has his work cut out for him.

We won’t play today. I’ll be shocked if we do. Volantis and Cozart neither will have thrown this weekend.

Game 1 we competed. We absolutely blew that game though. We had zero reason to lose it. I will say this team hasn’t looked focused for some reason. There are too many guys struggling to say they are with the errors, bad ABs, walks etc. It’s not just one or two players. Strange.
