Sark has figured out that in order to win championships, you must constantly improve your roster. He recruits up to the last whistle. I admire that about how he approaches business. We used to complain about how Mack would cherry pick his 25. In today's world it's not that easy. Our head coach is really committed to getting those Natty's !

It's a whole different mindset. Plus our O-Line needs to stay together and bond. Those five starters need to move together like schools of fish in the sea.
