Which Longhorns Would Fit the USMNT Starting XI
I don't know @CJ Vogel ... Freese reminded me a lot of Blake Gideon on that one 🤣 In all seriousness - I dug the breakdown. Helped educate a non-soccer guy on the team.

Texas DB Malik Muhammad signs with Bears
Curious how much NIL would he have made if he stayed. Anyone have an idea what he made last year? I'm sure it isn't $1.3M, but I'd imagine if he stayed and played up to a 2nd-3rd round pick, the NPV would've been more. Not disagreeing with his decision at all. Everyone should do what's best for their situation. But I'm guessing we might see more & more players sticking around another year with NIL continuing to increase.

Ranking Texas' transfer portal classes under Steve Sarkisian
Hopefully we look back after the season and can make an argument to move 2025 up the list with solid seasons from Kanu, Watson, Mosley, and Spence. Last year's starting TE that'll get drafted, starting P & K, quality snaps out of Brevard, and then Caldwell & Mosley single handledly delivered us a W with their TD in OT - that's gotta pull some weight all on it's own!

Not football, but I think you will enjoy
Per this ranking, we're the #6 public university in the US!

Dabo goes scorched earth
Assuming everything he said is factual, this is the perfect opportunity for the NCAA to reassert some power and/or boundaries... Come down HARD and maybe that deters things somewhat? I don't know what other choice they have. If you do little/nothing, then it's OFFICIALLY an NCAA endorsed free for all.

Portal Changes
My biggest issue is how the vast majority of players are taking a year-to-year approach on their decisions. The unlimited transfer rule created an open market field day for the agents you referenced, which has allowed them to steer kids into decisions that aren't in their best interest. This will reduce parity over time and hurt the sport over the long haul. Don't get me wrong, every kid should have the ability to transfer. Their chances to make it to the next level are largely attributed to playing time and scheme fit, and they should be able to act out of their own betterment. But we need to limit this to one open transfer and then go back to having to sit out a year for the 2nd transfer - with some caveats for HC changes, etc.

Jabbar Juluke Updates Twitter Profiles
Per Google: - Azure Open AI - Avanti Owners Association International - Or my favorite, AsOneAfterInfidelity - an online peer support group for groups attempting to reconcile their relationship after an affair. Obviously Baugh feels cheated on and this is Juluke trying to reconcile their relationship! 🤔🤣

Jeff T on opt outs
Don't disagree, but I just don't want things to deteriorate to the point it starts losing its overall appeal. I know we're a long way from that happening, but I'm worried we may be at the peak and it's down hill from here. Especially when you start factoring in the NCAA's willingness to allow college athletes to bet on sports. We need guardrails ASAP. Don't allow kids to bet. Put a cap on transfers... Whether that's a max a school can accept each year (unless HC change) or max number of times a "student-athlete" can transfer... Just spit balling, but we need something.

"Big Name" RBs that Bobby is hinting that may hit the portal
Mystery man has gotta be Baugh and/or Berry. But I'd think Berry would likely follow FW to OM.
