Arch has the Ohio State game to learn from for the swamp. I think he will be more dialed in and he will have all his skill players back except maybe Mosely. This is a good thing. Wisner, Moore and Baxter are the examples to Arch and Ryan Wingo… who are still green.

FBI wrecked Miller’s Arizona squad the last few years with accusations and uncertainty regarding illegal payments to players that in today’s landscape seem pretty inconsequential. His Arizona trams had some mono working for a while and were primed for a breakthrough if not for the legal troubles. Lots of great coaches don’t win national championships are make a bunch of final fours… depending on your definition of “great”.

Stroh, Hutson and Baker certainly aren’t grading out so well… who would have thought protecting Arch would be such a priority?

Benching Arch for Caldwell over Owens and Lacey… that should be encouraging to Dia Bell. The most capable qb is the one who has been in the program the least amount of time? Lol. Honestly, the best thing to do is not panic. We need to see how Sark and his team respond. Sometimes teams play up and down to the level of their adversaries. We had a flood of preseason Kool Aid. Many drank it up with relish(not the noun… i hope). We are green all over on offense. Stroh and Baker are abysmal. Campbell gets 2 or 3 penalties a game and he is out alpha!? Losing Golden, Bond, Blue, Helm and not playing Moore, Wisner or Mosely with Baxter crumbling again after one carry… makes us an easy target for teams like UTEP to play with serious chips on their shoulders against us while Arch and the band aid boys try to figure it out.
