Well not everyone will be heading to the draft after next year. Wingo, Cook, Baxter, Gibson, Clark....

We may not have a top two as good as those two, but as a group of 4-6 I think that will be improved. But yeah, TBD.

WR is TBD but on paper it looks to be comparable, if not better. Depth is certainly better. RB is most certainly not a downgrade, as we return everyone except an injured Brooks and we added two of the best high school RBs in the country.

I would like for everyone to take a moment and remember the opening game of the 2017 season. We were starting Tristan Nickelson at LT, Kyle Porter at RB, and our game plan seemingly was to get the ball to TE Garrett Gray as much as possible. Now, on paper at least, we have an offense that looks a lot like LSU 2019.

Pretty sure I heard that strength was his main issue when he arrived here. Also he'd need to gain 50+ lbs. I'd say it's doubtful.

That would be hilarious if it didn't factor into the calculus. "Keep eating Johntay! We need you as big as possible."

This will be fun. CTJ loves nothing more than the "You're not a coach!" thing.

I scanned the roster before reading this thread, and literally laughed out loud when I got to Savion Red. Best roster top to bottom since 2005. And maybe even... no I'm not going to say it.

With, oh, say Golden and Blue returning kicks? Yes please.

Who returns punts next year, Golden or Bolden? Maybe we could combine them and do a Gbenda type deal. Gbolden.

6'3" 205 lbs. as a junior in high school. As long as he doesn't eat any food at all for the next five or so years he can stick at safety.

That's crazy. I would have put a lot of money on Keilan in a 40 time vs Mitchell.

If I remember my history correctly, I'm pretty sure that's where Superman's ship crashed when he was a baby.

It looked to me like at the last second Brock realized he was about to get run over, and did a preemptive shoulder check. I would not have called that a flagrant 2. To me that's reserved for punching dudes in the face, taking guys' legs out while they're in the air, etc.

Yeah Terry is probably a little smaller than Ryan Wingo at this point. I'm not seeing TE there.

There aren't many, or maybe any, on that list I would turn away.

My opinion on where he should play in college varies from clip to clip. If he stays on offense (looks like he might make an incredible OLB), process of elimination says WR. Doubt he's a RB or TE at the next level.

What a weird year it's been for that school. I visited their campus waaaay back when I was in high school, and ever since it's always amazed me that they don't dominate in every sport. (Pepperdine's campus wasn't too shabby either... practically hanging over the Pacific ocean.)
