Is he a burner? Not much need for an outside guy who isn't.

Derrek Cooper and Jermaine Bishop Jr.
He needs to be the explosive slot guy, no doubt. Him, Mosely and Wingo on the field would add some stress. Throw in Townsend as a TE/Utility...

Snap Judgments: Texas rides a second half for the ages to a win over No. 3 Texas A&M
Good win but you guys drumming up A&M as some sort of wagon this year was insane. They haven't even been playing good football down the stretch but whatever. Not terribly surprised by the result but did think it would've been in the 20s in scoring for both teams.

Meh. Save the NIL powder for another true tackle.

Texas to hire new Soccer coach
I guess they're taking soccer seriously now that it's required for the Directors Cup.

Film Room + Twitter Takeaways | November 24
Isn't Hutson gone? That's both OGs to replace and that room doesn't look promising as it stands. Have to hope Goosby stays another year too.

He got that RB on the ground in a hurry on a couple snaps too

Recruiting - could be some interesting news
Ohio St wins most every head to head for anyone they truly want. If it's money or rep, idk but it's almost always the case.

Im guessing this isn't from the prep level

Eye-Opening Rushing Numbers (Monday AM)
Wouldn't mind moving away from the oversized OL with poor athleticism on the trail. If they're big and athletic, cool, but they need to be able to move their feet. Think they've also been hung up on these massive CBs too who simply don't have the short area quickness for the position. I doubt they would've ever recruited Barron because he wasn't 6'1" +

2026 CenTex RB Offered
Is this more of a taking Chris Stewart's spot on the roster since that kid vanished apparently?

Snap Judgments: No. 20 Texas hangs on for a 34-31 win over No. 9 Vanderbilt
Akina is shaping up a poor hire so far. Huge drop-off in secondary play. No excuse for them to be that lost. Should be feasting on 4th and 19 3rd and 10, etc etc

Sark eyeing NFL per report
I suspected this might happen with a newborn in tow now.
-
Thoughts on the Texas offense tonight
Sark needs to move on to the NFL if there's anybody willing to take him so that both parties can save face before things get too bad. He is clearly unable to juggle the demands of being a father with a newborn, a P5 head coach, and a P5 OC. It seemed like he was locked in, focused, and hungry with the divorce announcement and his weight loss only to make a 180 last year. It's simply not working. Absolutely had to be asleep at the wheel this spring seeing this OL and QB in practice. It's really completely broken.

He's an inaccurate passer too.

Put Respect on Tre Wisner
Oh I remember after the Florida loss their was some calling all of our RBs JAGs. He might be referring to that.

Snap Judgments: Texas bullied up front in an SEC-opening loss to Florida
French wasn't a 5* and wasn't pursued nationally like one either. That's why missing on DK Moore really sucked.

Snap Judgments: Texas bullied up front in an SEC-opening loss to Florida
5-7 type of year with this OL and then no pass rush on the other side. Bad combo.

Mateer thumb injury?
He was never going to make it through the season with how overly reliant they are on his legs.
