Yea, I’m not sure what about Napier inspires confidence at this point in his tenure. But my loins are heavily girded at this point.

The main reason why DKM isn’t a horn hasn’t changed. So unless he changes his way of thinking, it’s a long shot. Similar to Fasusi, except Oregon isn’t a dumpster fire

Maybe they can get former five star WR Johntay Cook to make their receiver corps extra salty too.

As long as pursuing him fruitlessly doesn’t negatively impact those already in the fold, no harm no foul

Has anyone else seen that chick fil a commercial with that honey pimento chicken sandwich? The guy introduces himself as Mike and sounds a lot like our guy.

And he played pretty poorly in his few snaps out there

Feel bad for Johntay, hopefully he puts his head down and grinds to take the next step.

Are you an OU fan? I’m not sure what this comment even means

I have a feeling that this light communication will become increasingly heavy as the bad losses accumulate and the head coaching uncertainty builds.

Such is the life of QB1. He also shouldn’t require people around him to be perfect so he can look competent. He had his opportunities on Saturday, he didn’t make good on most of them outside of the third quarter.

Taaffe is much better than him from what I’ve seen

Let’s see how he does without a high level transfer QB and Will Stein.

He probably hasn’t shown enough to warrant leaving early, but you never know. He’s gonna have a long rehab ahead of him before getting ready to play next year.

Ant overruns plays at times and misses his gap more than I'd like. But when he guesses/reads it right, he's a big time problem for the other team. His assessment isn't wrong, he's just an asshole.

USC was playing against a one dimensional qb with questionable decision making. They still gave up the big run in the end. It’s like bragging about only giving up 20 points to the Iowa offense.

Too bad he did that on Kris Boyd. Who was, shockingly, out of position.

Staying healthy is key for him. Especially if he needs to grind through special teams before he gets a chance to make an impact on offense.

No way he flips without visiting campus. Hopefully they land this plane better than the last.

Love the disrespect.

That’s the most reluctant looking horns down I’ve seen in a while.

Brew is from Ohio, not Texas. He moved to Texas late last year. He identifies with Ohio, has his whole life in Ohio. Has strong OSU ties. If OSU wants him and has room for him, he's a Buckeye. While unfortunate, I wouldn't fault the DB coaches on this one. Now if they passed on other guys because they were banking on landing him, that's a different story.

Brew is basically an Ohio kid with heavy Ohio State ties.

Not gonna turn this into a pissing match, but Rakestraw was undervalued until the period after the early signing period and people really liked his senior tape. Texas offered after that and came after him hard. He took OVs here, Bama, Missouri. He ended up being one of the many DBs we whiffed on that cycle, losing guys like Ethan Pouncey, Josh Eaton, Kelee Ringo, etc. *shudders* Jay Valai wasn't even hired by Texas until after Rakestraw signed with Missouri. Please, no more Herman talk.

He passed on us and went with the first big time team that was on him before he blew up.

Looks like Derry Norris
