Oof! Not good. Bold prediction gideon or joseph aren’t here this time next year for the 2025 season. 

I understand Sark's "recruit through the whistle" theory, but at what point does even he think a recruitment is a lost cause?  If you can't get a kid from Texas to take an official visit to Texas on one of your 3 big weekends, doesn't that speak volumes in that recruitment?  

Why not just save your bullets and go win some ball games in the fall and shoot your best shot then? Who cares if he commits now! Recruit through the whistle!

Let’s see if it changes … not weekend as of right now

Brew is from Ohio, not Texas. He moved to Texas late last year. He identifies with Ohio, has his whole life in Ohio. Has strong OSU ties.

If OSU wants him and has room for him, he's a Buckeye.

 

While unfortunate, I wouldn't fault the DB coaches on this one. Now if they passed on other guys because they were banking on landing him, that's a different story.
