The effects he will have on the program won't be visible to most people so i'm not too concerned about it to have a knee jerk reaction. One thing that Aggys did well under Jimbo is find good talent...they didn't do much with it, but they could find it so hopefully he is able to do the same here. I do love the fact that Sark continues to bring in people that can help us strengthen and expand our reach into SEC country. Him having so much experience in TN, i think we'll see his impact if we start seeing more TN players being targeted and offered.
