I'm not a believer in how good that defense actually is. 🤣 but take my opinion with a grain of salt because I never think our upcoming opponent is. If BV isn't blitzing they don't get pressure and can't cover on the backend. Their linebackers in coverage are a huge liability. If the screen and swing pass game comes together it's going to be a long day.

I'm going to focus more on reciever blocking more next week than I have all season. With the strength of Florida's defensive line being the tackles, you want to make those guys run side to side versus running right at them. Strong perimeter blocking will more than likely tire those guys out like we did Michigan last year. Once those guys get tired and out of position, the explosives will follow.

I don't think that it was a coincidence that with Moore being back, both Arch and Wingo had their best game of the season. I wasn't focused on the opponent, with last week being nothing more than a televised practice, I was focused on the connection between Arch and his pass catchers that has been meh so far. It was encouraging to see guys make plays for Arch even if the ball placement was off on a throw here or there. Those things will get fixed as the connection and timing grows stronger.

I excluded last week's game.

Geezus Lagway was horrible in that LSU game. The crazy thing is LSU wasn't even doing anything exotic, Lagway was just gifting them the ball. The rushing offense midway through the 3rd quarter had 41 yards. I'll take Manning missing on ten consecutive throws over anything Lagway did that game.

I can see a lot of 3x1 sets to isolate JG, the problem with that is that offensive line won't hold up without keeping a back in to chip. There are things we can do to make them pay for trying to gain an advantage through formations like split zone coverages.

I got bad news for you Bubba, running their mouths is what 8&4 podcasters do. They're not stopping any time soon. Like Oklahoma, 8&4 has no identity without Texas.

🤣 I feel sorry for the refs in the Florida/Texas game. With the way these two teams commit penalties, they're going to leave the game with lock jaw.

That UGA game is who Lagway is. He may not be accurate all night, but he'll launch one and leave you saying no way.

What did he do against UGA? He had 18 yards rushing and was 2/6 passing for a total of 47 yards. If anything it was Carson Beck keeping Florida in the game throwing the ball to the wrong color jersey.
