If we could cut down on the strikeouts (13) it might ease some of the tension. Luckily we had some clutch hitting. I agree with some others that a bit more lineup shuffling is probably needed. Been to a lot of those in Centex and agree with most of the members here. Eakers in Fredericksburg is also pretty good, as is Kelly's in Wimberley. Been to Burnt Bean a couple of times recently and it is very good. We go to Opie's off and on b/c my wife loves their sides so much. I like those kinds of places. We take a lot of road trips and love going through Llano, Luling, Lockhart, (a lot of Ls), and Seguin. I have a couple of pictures with Miss Tootsie at Snow's and would go more often if it was open more. Her story on the Netflix Chef's Table special in BBQ is quite interesting. We need to get down to Pinkerton's.

We had 12 strikeouts against T. State pitching to their 6. Every time we do that it is more difficult to win. Losing an excellent all around player like Belyeu is going to hurt due to lack of depth and the failure of Winfield hit at all and strikeout half the time. We definitely need A Rod healthy again and some backups to step up.

How about Belyeu and Rodriquez? Both had their left hands/thumbs/wrists wrapped.

Those guys are like a lot of TV announcers for various sports now. They talk amongst one another about a lot of things that aren't relevant to what is happening at that moment on the field. Half the time those SEC guys don't even say who is up for a drill.
