The fat pitcher from the gooners is struggling a bit with control (on multiple levels) and walks Borba. He probably needs a snack or something.

Gasparino reaches on what should have been an error on the 0u 3rd baseman. Looks like it was scored an error. Borba now up with on out and Gas on 1st.

Grubs gets the second gooner to miss three times as well. 2 down in the bottom of the 7th.

Grubbs back out for the 7th. He strikes out the first cousin-kisser. One down.

Rodriguez strikes out to end an uneventful top of the 7th. Mid 7th, Texas 6 - 0u 5

Flores with nice contact on a ground ball, but a great play by the 3rd baseman sees him out. 2 down.

Schloss comes out to have a visit with Walker with a 1-2 count. Kind of weird, but he's now made the move. Walker is done, in two innings he gets 3 strikeouts. Grubbs coming in for the Horns.

Just read Jeff's original post. I'll offer a bit of commentary, unless anyone has any major objections (and probably even if they do). Belyeu strikes out with Borba on first for the second out.

Mendoza swung so hard the 0u pitcher's skirt blew up. Strike out.

Borba with effectively a swinging bunt outruns the throw. Good hustle there!

Walker brought his A-Game tonight. Looking very sharp.
