Penn State is in a free fall, and they haven’t beaten either Michigan or Ohio State with Franklin. The straw that broke the camel’s back were the losses against UCLA and Northwestern, it was coming. Penn State should’ve fired Franklin after UCLA, looks like the team quit on Franklin.

Matt Rhule is the top candidate for Penn State; an alum, former player, has a relationship with the current AD, and gets the most out of less. Also done well as a college head coach at each stop, not looking at what he did with the Carolina Panthers.
