How much can we trust Gerry as well 👀👀👀

I’ll never trust a man who lines his arteries with mayo and shame.

That was a bad loss for Texas. But maybe a necessary one in some regards.

What was I thinking? With a name like HoopShizz, this has to be Gerry's burner account. If you look closely, there's a mayo corn dog in that thumbnail pic.

Freeman makes more sense for Penn State than Florida, but I’m sure he wouldn’t wanna face his alma mater like that so often.

But maybe if he beats them enough or Day leaves, he’ll get the job he’s waiting for.

In my eyes Penn St is a downgrade from Notre Dame.

Click bait.

FWIW even Mods on some Florida message boards are saying Sunday he is out win or lose and speculating on interim Coach Gonzales taking over until they hire a new HC. Something is definitely going on when they imply that not that phony Hoop tweet lol. Plus story in USA Today Oct 15 that talks about him being gone soon. Done deal it seems !

Well if he's going to get canned anyways, might as well go out a winner I guess...

From Notre Dame to Ped State? Eesh… i like Freeman. He should take a hard pass on that one.

I agree, why leave a good thing at ND?

No way I leave for Penn State if I am Freeman but Florida may be too good to pass up. He can win there and win A LOT with the best talent in the country flocking to him every year. I mean the current team would be winning A LOT if Freeman was their coach, imagine him with a portal window and a couple recruiting classes.

Florida would be very tough to turn down.

Lot easier for Sarkisian to get them focus on a game by game basis, because the next loss likely knocks us out of the playoffs.

Get them brinks trucks ready for Dallas Wilson

Cody Campbell may do just that.

Steve Spurrier and Urban Meyer showed what Florida can be if the right buttons are pushed. If I were Marcus Freeman or someone advising him, I'd have to know what the plans are for the potential administrative changes and what the NIL structure looks like. Commitment to resources is everything in college football now.

Yeah almost have to win out to get in unless the only loss is in SEC Championship. 5 Conference Champions counting G 5 . Leaves 7 spots and if ND wins out bet they get in. Leaves 6 spots for B10 and SEC to battle over. 5 if ACC squeezes 2 teams GT Miami. That Florida loss was a killer. But can win out and won't be denied. Who knows it's college ball.

He can't get both Dallas Wilson and Cam Coleman.  Texas can get at least one of them imo

Give me Coleman please.  I have seen him ball out on everyone when everyone knows he is the only option.

ohio st shouldnt be counted as a loss especially if they go undefeated. 3 loses we get in. penn st not getting in we take their place. yo

Florida better recruiting base than Penn State and isn’t close.

A little surprised Kiffin and even Cignetti would not be more preferred.  But I know nothing about the Florida program.  Freeman may be able to have the best player retention.  Would Cignetti then be ND best hope at HC??

Some top Bull Gators def want Kiffin

Freeman and Kiffin top 2

Kiffin seems to have hit a ceiling at Ole Miss in terms of the talent he can pull.  Would be interesting if he makes the jump because while he may have more resources, he would take a few steps back in terms of building the program with his players.  Though in today's portal world that would take all of 1 year.

Freeman isn't going to Florida or Penn State, imo. Notre Dame is a good program to be at and much easier path to the playoffs every year. But can't fault either program going after him, he is the hot hand at the moment.

You sure about that? He's throwing around a ton of money. We might make fun of them, but he's intent on making Texas Tech a serious contender.

Isn't he going to the NFL this year or is he only a Soph?

Same class as wingo, ryan williams and jeremiah smith.  I like him better than ryan williams.

Ah right on, I sometimes lose track of who's in what class and all that. Well, if Auburn does go belly up, would love to have him. Hell go get him and Wilson, make them offers they can't refuse, lol.

Maybe Baugh, too?

Between Penn State, Florida and any coaches that leave their schools to go there, there will be a lot of studs in the portal.
