Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian is on the podium fielding questions following the Longhorns’ 14–7 loss to Ohio State in Columbus. 

Plenty to discuss, especially following this offensive performance. 

Sark needs to talk about RZ play calling and being more willing to take the points. 

Am I the only one that thinks we should’ve won this game if we were aggressive as we were in the fourth quarter????

our defense held them to less than 270 yards of total offense and kept them at 14 points.

Sarkisian points to the turnovermargin holding true to W's and L's.

Ohio State turned the Arch INT into a touchdown.

Sark: Jack Bouwmeester was a tremendous weapon for us.

Sarkisian says he believed the defense did a great job holding Ohio State in check and limiting Jeremiah Smith.

If he tries to dismiss RZ woes I will lose it. He needs to be self-aware enough to admit he’s not cutting it there. 

Ask him why so vanilla offensively. Introduced motion in the fourth when they finally found a bit of success.

Sarkisian says for Arch Manning he really gets into playing when he gets hit and feels the game of football. He pondered incorporating more run plays earlier into games.

Sarkisian said he liked the game plan to start the game, but there was a lack of rhythm offensively that stalled drives.

Hire chuck liddell to slap him silly pre game if that's what it takes to make basic reads and throws.

Sarkisian says it was tough for DeAndre Moore to get invovled based off of the Ohio State defensive approach. 

On the deep ball early to Ryan Wingo, Sarkisian says the guys in the booth were expecting a flag for holding. There was nothing called.

That is a loser 1980 mindset and goes against any type of game theory/analytics.

Sarkisian says they had really been working on their sneak stuff, OhioState did a great job getting under the offensive linemen and prevented the push.

Sark said they wanted to go quick in those instances to prevent tOSU from putting in their real big DL.

It comes into play because his red zone calling is not working against quality opponents.
