Update on Ryan Williams recruitment from the man himself! The Texas visit will go a long way in determining how this plays out. Also said he’s been texting with Arch! 

For all the attention he gets from recruiting and the de commitment from Bama he seems level headed and well spoken. He does not seem like a diva from what I've read on different fan sites.

I think if Texas knocks the official out of the park (which I have no reason to think we won’t) then I have to believe based on those last comments from him we would be the betting favorite. Alabama doesn’t have the stability anymore & Auburn can’t sell the same QB room or offensive scheme.

I agree. Texas has the deepest and most stable QB room of the three suitors for Williams. Add to that his HS teammate will soon be joining that QB room and I hope that will be the recipe for landing his commitment.

This is correct. Texas doesn't just have one guy in line at QB; they have multiples.

How big a factor is the dad in this one? The instability with the coaching staff has to cut through some of that Auburn colored glasses he has on.

Dad played at Auburn but allowed his son to commit to Alabama initially. Something to be aware of but I don't think he's the typical Auburn-Alabama type.
