If Wisconsin is successful, how many school sue Texas Tech softball?

Thanks for posting.   I hope the wild Wild West  crap that’s been going on the past few years and is only getting worse quickly transitions to something more contractually consistent with stiff penalties that motivate fair play by universities and boosters.   This isn’t sustainable.

Yeah, Tech was pretty blatant about their tampering.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Heitner take a loss on this one.

One, Stanford, if they chose to. 

Waiting for the Title IX suits to drop when/if universities allocate 95% or more of the $20.5 million to men's sports - that will be another bonanza for the lawyers

There's already a Title IX lawsuit. It's not likely to change much. This is revenue based, not athletic opportunity based.

Title IX guarantees access not comp. Revenue sharing will rule the day.
