A-Rod will need to pick it up defensively to claim his spot back at third. Otherwise, not happening this season.

Need to hang a crooked number

It’s a 1-1 tie in the bottom of the third. Texas scored in the top of the inning on an RBI sacrifice fly by Kimble Schuessler.

OU has a runner on third with one out.

For the second night in a row, OU takes the lead on a wild pitch. It’s a 2-1 lead for the Sooners.

Ruger has allowed two runners to reach base with two outs. He’s run into some trouble here in the third.

 

Rodriguez strikes out for the second out of the fourth. That’s 8 Ks for the Texas bats.

Texas goes down in order in the fourth.
