I won't be doing the play-by-play like I usually would. The SEC title is wrapped up and I've got a family obligation, but I wanted to start the thread for those who want to discuss the game.

For good vibes, here is Craig Way’s call of the 3 HR by Belyeu last night.

  • This game is nuts.

Hard hit ball for the last batter, but straight to Schuss for the 3rd out.  End of the 7th, Texas 6 - Chokelahoma 5.

Gasparino reaches on what should have been an error on the 0u 3rd baseman.  Looks like it was scored an error.  Borba now up with on out and Gas on 1st.

The fat pitcher from the gooners is struggling a bit with control (on multiple levels) and walks Borba.  He probably needs a snack or something.

Borba on 1st, Gas on 2nd with 1 out.  Mendoza grounds out on a sacrifice ground ball to short.  It was VERY close at first.  2 outs, Borba on 2nd, Gas on 3rd.  Belyeu at the plate.

The fat kid decides he can't pitch to Belyeu and gives an intentional walk.  Someone get this kid a Snickers or something.  Bases loaded now with 2 outs.  Galvan at the plate.

Chubby-guts manages to muster the strength to strike out Galvan.  Texas leaves the bases juiced as the Horns go down empty handed in the top of the 8th.

With a full count, the land-thief drives Mudler home on a line-drive single.  We're knotted up at 6-6.
