I just watched Connecticut demolish South Carolina for the championship.  Honestly, Vic needs to acquire a lot more talent in the portal this month to have a realistic chance to compete for a championship next year.  Comparing our roster to UCONN, possibly Madison Booker would start, but she would be no better than their 4th best player.  Rory and Jordan Lee might be in the rotation.  That's it.  Jacque, Holly, Breanna Preston don't even make the team.  I am hopeful Vic and CDC make a big splash in portal starting with a couple elite scorers including 3 point shooting.

      There’s always talk in basketball about passing up a good shot for a better shot.  Vic’s offense a lot of the time is “pass up a good shot for a crazy contested, way worse shot at a closer range”
