Galvan put a barrel on it, it was just hit right to the shortstop. Two down in the Texas seventh.

Schuuessler's sinking liner drops into left field for a two-out base hit. Belyeu to the plate.

Puig dried to make a sliding catch in center field but couldn't come up with it. Belyeu is awarded an RBI double, scoring Schuessler to put the Longhorns ahead, 3-2.

The Longhorns have their first lead of the game with two outs in the bottom of the seventh.

Flores flies out to left to end the inning with Belyeu stranded on second.

One run on two hits with one left on for Texas in the seventh.

That ball is gone any other day of the season probably.

Very solid stuff from Duplantier so far today.

Infield hit by Banez. He's now on second base after Galvan throws it away from Schuessler. It's a throwing error on Galvan and Dartmouth has the tying run in scoring position.

Gasparino tracks down a fly ball in shallow center. Two away with the tying run on second for Dartmouth.

Galvan needs to be a ++ hitter to make up for his defense.  

Dre's day ends after 3.2 innings. Will Mercer is coming into the game with two down in the top of the eighth.

Mercer issues a walk, gets behind in the count and Schloss goes to the bullpen. Max Grubbs is on the mound to try and get Texas out of the inning.

One notable difference between Schloss and Pierce. Schloss typically doesn’t wait long to make a change. 

Mercer threw 3 strikes to the first guy and only got one called.  Ump likes the sliders that are a foot high and 2 ft outside.  

Grubbs hits Hower. The bases are loaded with two outs.

Grubbs is now one pitch away from getting out of the inning.

Grubbs strikes DeMastrie out swinging with the bases loaded to end the inning. Nice job by Grubbs to bounce from the HBP with a huge K.
