I didn't become a Longhorn fan until the fall of 1997. We sucked but I loved Ricky Williams.

Cedric Benson was someone I tracked when I was in JH.  Followed his career to Texas.

Same here, my first game was Route 66 but Rickey and then Major. I grew up in Baton Rouge, so I did grow up a die hard Lsu fan, but that changed the second I committed to Texas 🤘🏽

I was too young to appreciate Ricky, but that's when my fandom began. 

Loved Major - never looked like a college athlete, but dude was a gamer... which gave me hope haha

Roy Williams was the first guy that made me drop my jaw with some of his athletic catches. 

For basketball... TJ Ford. 

Dude had incredible court vision. Loved the way he distributed the rock!
