Longhorns Now The Favorite To Win National Championship

Featured Replies

After watching the first round games I would say the winner of Ohio State vs Oregon would be the favorite.
I hope we get a chance at the winner of that game.

I agree and winner of nd/Georgia should be next favorite.

It mainly means that we have the easiest game this round of the major contenders.  I wouldn't be surprised if this changes next week after Oregon and Ohio State play each other.

That to me is the one of the bigger storylines going into the week. Yes, Texas will need to take care of business, but you can expect a less physical style of ball being played in the Longhorn game vs. that of Oregon and Ohio State. A benefit really.

There’s no doubt in my mind the winner of that game will have the highest odds having passed the first of 2 huge hurdles in the next 2 games.

There's just not a single bone in my body that believes we would lose to Will Howard, but what do I know?
