I believe he is but it’s tough to do that with transfers consistently. He struck gold & thought he could do it each year. Tough to build a culture with that model too. But he knows his stuff & I think would be an asset to a team in that capacity.

That was an overstatement on my part, but it looks like he's not a great HS recruiter in the Big Leagues.  His reliance on the portal isn't sustainable and will probably be his downfall at FSU.

100% agree on this. Assembling a great staff is paramount too.
